What we collect

When you request a free resource, Nishkam stores the email address you enter, which resource you requested, and the request date. An email is required for each download. We check the format but do not verify ownership of that address.

How it is used

Kaajal Kataria uses these records to manage resource downloads and respond to support requests. Downloading does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Your workbook downloads immediately after a successful request; no email delivery is required.

Storage and access

Download records are held in the website’s hosted database and are accessible through the protected publishing area. The site uses hosting infrastructure provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Technical request information may also be processed to operate the service.

Your choices

To ask about your data or request deletion, email support@nishkam.io from the address you used. Download records are kept until removed by the site owner or in response to your deletion request.

Using the tools

The downloaded HTML workbooks run in your browser. The information you type into a workbook is not sent to Nishkam. Use Save a copy to keep your work; closing an unsaved workbook loses your edits. You may adapt the tools for personal and internal team use. Please link to the resource page rather than redistributing the original downloads.

E-book purchases

When a book is available for purchase, its button opens an external checkout. That provider processes payment and delivers the file under the terms shown there. Nishkam does not receive your card details through this website.
